STEP #1
Complete your purchase, and then you will automatically receive a paid invoice email - the paid invoice number will be your order reference number for any enquiries.
If delivery required, contact us to get a delivery quote.
If bank transfer payment, we will confirm your order once payment has cleared.
STEP #2
We will email you when your order is ready for pickup (including pickup info, or dispatched for delivery.
We do our best to reply to payment confirmations usually in 1-3 hours.
If you purchased outside of service hours (Weekdays 8:30am-2:30pm Sydney/Melbourne time) it will be the next business day.
