If delivery required, contact us to get a delivery quote.

If bank transfer payment, we will confirm your order once payment has cleared.

We will email you when your order is ready for pickup (including pickup info, or dispatched for delivery.

We do our best to reply to payment confirmations usually in 1-3 hours.

If you purchased outside of service hours (Weekdays 8am-2pm Sydney/Melbourne time) it will be the next business day.
