HOW CAN I TELL WHAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP AND/OR DELIVERY?
Shop products by selecting a product category from the top menu at the top of the website.
Inside each category you can filter the results by city to find out which products are locally available.

All products may be delivered. Availability will be subject to the address. Please contact us to check availability and to calculate express delivery.
Pick up & Shipping
Pickups ready for pickup from just 2hrs*.
Deliveries Please call us to calculate express shipping. Ready for dispatch from same day or next day delivery**.
SHIPPING PROCESS
Pickups:
Confirm your online order > allow 2hrs to ready > see reception > advise pickup reference your invoice no.
Deliveries:
If delivery required, contact us for a delivery quote > confirm your online order > delivery booked > receiver onsite*** - Driver SMS Receiver 30mins upon arrival or Driver call Receiver 1hr upon arrival.
* We will notify you via email and/or Phone once your order is ready. For urgent pickups, we will do our best to turnaround orders earlier for you.
** Delivery schedule as per Courier estimated delivery.
*** For receivers not onsite, the driver will require your authority to leave onsite – we strongly recommend informing our office upon making the booking.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
We recommend the receiver be onsite to receive the items – the driver will generally call the receiver upon arrival. If the receiver is not onsite, the driver may call the receiver for authority to leave onsite.
We are not responsible for any stole or lost packages. If you didn't receive your package please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to assist you. We will check the tracking information and make a formal investigation with our delivery service providers.
